I am interested in understanding how we articulate the value of knowledge sharing. Many of us intrinsically know that knowledge sharing can add value, but we struggle when we need to articulate it clearly and concisely (yet alone demonstrate it!). This seems to be particularly true when talking about sharing our knowledge out to others (as opposed to receiving knowledge). Is anyone able to point me to any good thought leadership on this?
