Quality measures focus on process improvements in a best way to implement existing processes. Six sigma used for process improvement for business process or even KM processes so as to put KM at best quality standards. This enhancement can results in best content design or KM structure or documents submission, validation etc processes.

I request to all KB members to put there valuable insights on this new look for KM and encourage them to share there experiences, links/ articles/ case sources.

Six sigma can also be applied to a KM system to evaluate the KM system's productivity. Besides KM and Six Sigma can be applied together to enhance the overall productvity of a firm.
