I was wondering if any of the present has an interest (or prior experience) in fostering participation in public sector communities of practice.
As an after-the-event activity following a face to face gathering of one such community, I'm planning on distributing a poll to identify drivers (reasons they participate, goals they seek) and blockers (what makes it hard to participate, what keeps them back) in the field.
Any ideas about the specific questions, or any parallel answers (from your own perspective) would be highly appreciated. Whatever comes out of the poll will be openly shared here.
