Take part in the KB feedback survey

Dear KB members,
As from today and through the next couple of weeks, KB is running a Feedback survey in which we will learn from you, our customers, what you think about the KnowledgeBoard activities, community and site.
The survey is very short – only 12 questions – and takes only a few minutes to fill out. Your feedback is very important to us in order to improve ourselves and enable us to supply you with a higher level of satisfaction from our services, content and events. So, please take a minute and share your feedback with us.
Results of the survey will be published on the site by the end of august 2006, and we will invite you all via our newswire to take a look. Thank you for your willingness to help, and we hope that together we can go on improving KB. The survey will be on the air for your answers until the 15th of July 2006.

Community activity?
It seems to me we have lost almost all the community activity. It is difficult to 'see' where new comments have been added, users have no easy way to start new conversations and comments built around documents do not seem to maintain attention or gather momentum.
What can be done?
Can't read it
Sorry, it is difficult to paricipate in a survey one can't read. I only see very small, very light grey letters that are somehow swimming, already tried it at 3 laptops. Can you change that, please?
About web site
The new web site is not user friendly, we cannot start any new discussions or post any comment. Your old web site is very good and user friendly. Plz do any thing about it. I think we have lost our whole community
