The University of Karlsruhe and the Research Center for Information Technologies (FZI) in Karlsruhe perform research in the field of "customer/user integration in Web 2.0 Business". In this context, it is conducting a survey to address questions like:
- Why customers contribute to Web 2.0 offerings?
- What kind of offerings are interesting for the customers/users?
- How well are customers already integrated into company processes?
- ...
