Opportunity to sponsor KnowledgeBoard's new book
07-Jan-09
KnowledgeBoard.com is launching its new book Supporting Service Innovation through Knowledge Management in the Spring and is inviting organisations within the community to come aboard as sponsors.
Service innovation is a major driving force in building and maintaining future turnover and earnings potential, offering new market opportunities for an active and fruitful relationship/partnership with clients. The third book in the KnowledgeBoard series aims to investigate and showcase different industrial experiences and practical insights into the role of knowledge management to support service innovation within and across organisations.
The primary audience is industry practitioners, CEOs and innovation managers from service companies, as well as consultants, researchers and academics with an interest in the use and development of effective techniques and mechanisms to foster service innovation through KM. The book will equip them with a set of usable, practical insights into the different KM methods, tools and instruments that support service innovation.
Following on from a successful call for papers to the international community, over 20 case studies from the entries submitted, covering various sectors and industries, will also be featured in the book.
Supporting Service Innovation through Knowledge Management will be launched in March 2009 at an event hosted by the Swiss Knowledge Management Forum (SKMF) in Zürich.
