KB Book launched: Supporting Service Innovation through Knowledge Management

The 3rd Knowledge Board Book "Supporting Service Innovation through Knowledge Management" that has been edited in cooperation with the Swiss Knowledge Management Forum (SKMF) was launched in Zurich on 19 March 2009. Editors of the book are Patricia Wolf, Sami Kazi, Peter Troxler and Ralf Jonischkeit. Graphics have been designed by Ron and Bar Dvir.
For the book, the following 20 European and international case studies were compiled.
