The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme for knowledge management research is looking for applicants.

A total of 135 PhD students will be recruited on a worldwide basis in 2010/11. The Scheme will support students selected through an open competition who are able to demonstrate outstanding qualities of academic performance, research ability/potential, communication and interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities, irrespective of their country of origin and ethnic background.

The deadline for electronic submission to the RGC and PolyU is December 1st, with the notification of results taking place in early March 2010.
