Looking for PhD in KM

I am a candidate from India, who is intrested in doing a PhD on the topic of Knowledge Management. I have done my MBA in Information Systems from Germany, where I was first accustomed to the area of Knowledge Management, this along with my work experience in knowledge management project at Fraunhofer Gesselshaft (Germany's biggest research firm), my eagerness to pursue a PhD in knowledge Management further intensified. In this regard I kindly request you to help me in the following area,

>> If it is possible to get a grant to pursue a PhD in KM
>> Would you be ready to supervise my project.

What I find most interesting is people who are seeking information, do not leave behind their calling card. In this case not even an email address.

And on occassion I responded with information, I never even receive an acknowledgement of information receive.

How about observation of some civility of human politeness from one to another? They don't teach them at school any longer?
