KM for PM: new SIG survey mid-survey results

We are half way through the 'KM for PM' new SIG survey (as being discussed here and have got 63 responses so far. The questions for the survey were drawn from the discussion by Franck Marle, the emergent SIG editor.

On the whole, everyone seems keen on everything, however questions 1,2 and 4 are in the lead.
