Measuring the benefits of knowledge management at the FSA

In this article Ros Jones describes her experiences with the FSA, an independent body which regulates the financial services industry in the UK (FSA stands for Financial Services Authority). She describes the situation when she joined the FSA in 2001 and she outlines the problems that she identified and the solutions undertaken. A special focus also lies on the strategy chosen and her approach to measure the KM she did. The article closes with the experiences made by now in this ongoing project.
