20-Aug-03 KM Disasters & KM Victories – Report on Theme 5 of the KnowledgeBoard
We are all convinced about the great benefits of KM – but scared when it comes to reporting back. Einstein's quote "not everything that counts can be counted" is very true in KM but often this is not sufficient. In April 2003, the European KM Forum ran a theme at the KnowledgeBoard to discuss approaches, methods and tools for measuring the impact of KM initiatives. This is a summary report of all of the Theme activities.
