				KM Summer School day 5 started with two interesting workshops run by Siemens CKO Dirk Ramhorst presenting the Siemens journey and Patricia Wolf introducing and reporting from first year of applying a new method called 'Interactive Flashlight Research'. Christian Rangen then concluded the morning with interactive workshop on KM tools were participants were involved by acting as consultants.
